OUR CURRENT PRODUCTION TIMES

❀We usually ship orders within 3 - 5 business days.

❀Times can vary due to holidays or busy shopping days such right before Christmas and Valentines' Day.

SHIPMENT + DELIVERY

Please note transit time is in addition to production time. If you need your order faster we have shipping upgrades available at checkout.

❀If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know filling out a form on our Contact Us page. We will do our best to try and get it to you by that date, but as mentioned, we do have shipping upgrades available.

❀Orders are shipped out in the order we receive them (FirstIn~FirstOut).

WE ONLY PUSH UP ORDERS IN PRODUCTION THAT HAVE SELECTED THE EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTION.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I gladly accept most returns and exchanges.  You must contact me within 14 days from date of delivery and ship your items back within 30 days of delivery.   Please request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

RETURNS
Returns are accepted on unworn items in their original packaging materials within 14 days from when your package was delivered. ***Personalized and custom items are FINAL SALE and not returnable.*** All our items are "made to order" so there is a 15% of purchase price restocking fee for returns and shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items while in transit back to us. Returns are processed in 5-7 days after receiving product back.

  • Items should be sent back in original packaging in padded envelope or box
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Any changes to orders or cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Sorry, we cannot make exceptions. If you wanted a rushed delivery time and production on the item has been started, it may not be cancelled.
EXCHANGES
We will exchange any non-personalized and unworn items if it’s within 14 days of the time you received your order. You are responsible for shipping charges to/from our studio and there may be a re-work fee.

All items come in a canvas Cheeky B bag ready for gift giving. 

CUSTOM ORDERS

We do offer custom orders. Please Contact Us directly for more information. Upon completion of a custom order you will receive a photo of the completed piece for your approval and order will NOT be shipped until we receive confirmation.
